Showing an early disposition towards visual creativity, Rachael was encouraged to experiment in the arts at a young age. Having graduated from a full scholarship from The Roeper School for Gifted and Talented Children at age 16 with a focus in Fine Arts, she went on to study at New York School of Visual Arts. Leaving the school to pursue Electronic Music by starting her own record label at age 19, she continued to work as the art director of her own imprint Zhark International for 13 years. Feeling the urge to get back into painting and sculpture, she delved deep into these callings in after moving to Vienna in 2013. Setting up her first exhibition at the legendary SMart Cafe in 2014, she has gone on to create more, selling her work to collectors in the past years. Working both in montage and painting, she has also developed a new style of painting using pigments from women´s make-up and beauty products which lend a specific lush gleam to many of her newer works.
